Our agency wants you to stay healthy and not catch the flu that goes around every year.  Below are some good ol' common sense tips to avoiding the flu. You know most of these, but are you practicing them?  These are some great tips!!
Here are 7 tips on how to avoid the flu...
1.)  Get the flu shot yearly
2.)  Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water and make sure to teach your children the same
3.)  Use hand sanitizer if water and soap are not readily available
4.)  Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze by using your arm and not your hands
5.)  Take Vitamins...especially Vitamin C
6.)  Limit your exposure when possible to sick people
7.)  See your Dr. right away if you have flu symptoms
Enjoy the season and stay healthy during the upcoming holidays - no one wants to be sick during the holidays, right!
